Jeff Holmes Music.

Welcome

Jeff Holmes Music.

“Jeff Holmes is an incredibly versatile talent in performing, composing and arranging music, and he is brilliant at all of them. Some of my favorite music to listen to and play, both compositions and arrangements, is by Jeff, and I have been delighted to share the stage with him as well. I am continually inspired by his music.”
Ernie Watts, Grammy-winning saxophonist/composer

“Jeff Holmes is one of the greatest musicians with whom I’ve had the privilege of collaborating. A masterful player, composer and arranger, he is a true Renaissance man of Jazz and contemporary music.”
Paul Winter, Grammy-winning saxophonist/composer

“Jeff’s piano is informed by many styles and genres (as is his writing), hints of Gospel, Evans, Monk, Shorter, Latin, and Herbie have all found a happy home in Jeff’s brain, as have we the happy listeners.”
Arturo O’Farrill, Grammy-winning pianist/composer/arranger

“What do you call a musician who is a great piano player, a fantastic trumpeter, and an incredible arranger/composer? I call them a genius and that’s my take on Jeff Holmes and his music.”
Sheila Jordan, 2012 National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Masters Award honoree, vocalist
